Exact change is needed. Drivers are unable to make change. Payment of fares is expected at the time of service.
Drivers cannot accept advance payment for trips, including payment for round-trip or return trips.
Farecards are available and encouraged for transportation payment. Farecards may be purchased in increments of $0.50 to $20 per card; as many cards as you choose to purchase. Farecards may be used on either Demand Response or FLEX. Farecards do not expire. Please contact the office, in person or over the phone to purchase farecards. The office is open Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, or Mastercard.
